As a Branding Designer for noci Bakehouse, a new concept under Gold Moon, I led the brand development process to establish a clear visual identity and create a consistent customer experience across both print and digital touchpoints.
Working closely with the internal team, I first aligned the brand direction by understanding the concept, target audience, and positioning. From there, I translated the brand’s values into a cohesive visual system—developing key assets such as the logo usage, typography and colour direction, packaging applications, and social media design language.
Through this process, I combined strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring the final branding not only reflected the brand’s atmosphere and vision, but also supported real operational needs such as menu readability, in-store consistency, and customer recognition.
