As a Graphic Design Intern at B for Bagel, a brand under Gusto X, I was involved in the rebranding process to enhance the brand’s visual identity and improve customer engagement.
Starting as a part-time intern, I gained insight into the overall operations of the brand and was able to directly observe and analyze customer feedback and complaints. Using these insights as a foundation, I contributed to the rebranding efforts, refining the brand’s visual communication to better resonate with its audience and improve the customer experience.
This experience allowed me to blend strategic problem-solving with design, ensuring that the refreshed branding not only aligned with the company’s vision but also addressed key customer concerns effectively.
